maintenance for an 05 E320 sedan, 25K.

It’s been said that the fluids are good for 100K, but, I find it very hard to believe that statement. Since car dvd players I liked. I’ve had the brake fluid purged twice already and my question is this,.., what about the engine coolant, trans flilter & fluid change (if the E class has one,..),…i’ve been a stickler for good auto preventive maintenace my entire life. Can anyone advise???,…….what their thoughts are,……
